These Terms apply to all documentation toolkits provided by Coral eSecure Ltd (“Coral”). By purchasing or using a toolkit, you agree to the following:
1. Purpose of the Toolkit
The toolkit is a documentation and implementation support resource, provided on a best-efforts basis, informed by Coral’s professional experience and industry practices. It is intended to help organizations structure their compliance and governance efforts.
2. Not a Replacement for Official Standards
The toolkit does not replace the official standard (e.g., ISO, AICPA). Customers are advised to purchase the official standard from the authorised body.
3. Support Included
Toolkit purchase includes one initial online and subsequently email-based Q&A support, limited to:
- How to use the documents
- How templates map to specific requirements
4. No Consulting or Professional Advice
The toolkit and related support:
- Do not guarantee compliance or certification
- Do not replace professional consulting or audit services
- Any consulting must be contracted separately under a formal agreement
5. Branding
There is no additional charge for adding your company name or logo to policy templates.
Branding is cosmetic only and does not constitute customization or advisory work.
6. Errata and Corrections
If you identify an error, you may report it to Coral. Coral will make reasonable efforts to review and correct issues in future updates.
7. Demo Before Purchase
You are encouraged to request a demo or walkthrough before purchase to ensure the toolkit meets your expectations.
8. No Warranties
The toolkit is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without any express or implied warranties, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.
9. Customer Responsibility & No Reliance Clause
Customers remain solely responsible for their implementation decisions and compliance outcomes, and acknowledge that reliance on the toolkit does not create any advisory, fiduciary, or professional relationship with Coral.
10. Refunds
Because our products are delivered digitally and provide immediate access to proprietary intellectual property, fees are generally non-refundable once access has been granted. However, if you experience any concerns or are dissatisfied, we encourage you to contact us. Coral will review the matter in good faith and may, at its discretion, offer a full or partial refund where appropriate.
11. Intellectual Property
All toolkit content remains the intellectual property of Coral eSecure. You receive a non-transferable, internal-use license. Redistribution is prohibited.
12. Limitation of Liability
Coral is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid for the toolkit.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
The courts of Ontario, Canada, shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the toolkit.
By purchasing or using the toolkit, you confirm acceptance of these Terms.
