Coral eSecure assisted ScribeAI in achieving ISO/IEC 27001 certification through a structured, phase-wise implementation approach.
The engagement addressed all 123 ISO 27001 requirements, covering both management system clauses and Annex A controls.

The project was delivered across the following phases:

• ISMS scope definition and boundary setting

• Detailed gap analysis against ISO 27001 requirements

• Development of policies, procedures, and core ISMS documentation

• Implementation support for people, process, and technology controls

• Staff awareness and training sessions

• Measurement and monitoring of control effectiveness
