Coral assisted Bar Code India to achieve ISO 27001 Certification

Coral eSecure supported Bar Code India in achieving ISO 27001:2022 certification through a structured, phase-wise implementation approach.
The engagement addressed all 123 ISO 27001 requirements, covering both management system clauses and Annex A controls, and was executed across Bar Code India’s pan-India operations.

Key project phases included:

• ISMS scope definition covering all India locations

• Comprehensive gap analysis against ISO 27001 requirements

• Development of policies, procedures, and governance documentation

• Implementation support across people, process, and technology

• Information security awareness and role-based training

• Internal audit and control effectiveness measurement

• End-to-end support during the external certification audit

The structured approach resulted in successful ISO 27001:2022 certification.
Beyond certification, the implementation significantly reduced cybersecurity risks and established a proactive, governance-driven security management system, enabling Bar Code India to continuously monitor, improve, and sustain its cybersecurity posture.
