Coral advises leading Nigerian Bank (Lagos Nigeria) for COBIT 5 Implementation

COBIT 5 was implemented for Lagos Nigerian based bank. Part of the gap analysis involved performing an 'applicability' gap analysis with top management, and verification of 37 processes. Implementation involved creation of a strategic IT governance team, and helping each team in implementing COBIT 37 processed.
