Coral eSecure completes business impact assessment(BIA) for a leading legal process outsourcing (LPO) organisation

"Business Impact Analysis (BIA) helped our organisation to divide each key activity into 3 layers. For the prioritized services we were able to perform Maximum tolerable period of downtime (MTPOD), return time objective (RTO), minimum service levels (MSL). This assessment has helped us immensely in understand the priority of restoration along with degree of restoration. We thank Coral for this massive exercise which involved each of our 30 teams. As the head of department even I was forced to define what services are, and I am delighted that we made this effort on time. The exercise performed has helped us align with our global continuity plans."
